How does The Era Of Crate work?
You fill out a brief questionnaire that gives us some insight into your style, vibe and involvement upon your initial account setup. From there you choose your plan (month to month and incremental subscriptions available as well). Once those two steps are completed – you’ll be ready to receive our crates!
What is in The Era Of EDM Crate?
Everything from the apparel you wear to the gadgets and accessories that keep you connected and engaged. The products we include in our boxes cater to the Dance Music lifestyle both at the shows and in daily life. Every month will be a different assortment of goods relating to the culture and lifestyle of EDM.
How do I know the clothing will fit?
You will be asked a series of questions upon your initial signup for our crates. Don’t be alarmed. It is only a handful of questions that are designed to give us insight as to your style, vibe and involvement in the scene. They are all basic questions about you that help us ensure that we are sending you clothes that fit and accessories plus gadgets that are relative to you.

When do you charge for the next months box?
We rebill on the 15th of every month.
When does it ship?
We ship our crates on the 8th of every month. If our ship date falls onto a weekend, we will ship them on the following business day.
Why the wait between billing and shipping?
All of our products are hand made and/or custom ordered. This two week period between rebill and shipping allows us to consolidate the items going in the box and package them.
Is tracking on my shipment available?
Yes. The tracking number is available in your account page. To get there visit our website (crate.eraofedm.com), sign in and you’ll see a tracking number under the “your subscription(s)” section. Once clicked, it will redirect you to a detailed tracking page. HINT: Tracking information may take a few days after shipment to register.
What is the cutoff date to get this months box?
You have until the 4th of each month to place your order in time to receive that months box. Any day after that will result in the following month.
Regular subscription vs. Gift?
A gift subscription allows you to send a single box or prepaid subscription to a loved one or friend with a personalized message. Great for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries and so on.
How is The Era Of EDM Crate shipped?
We ship through the USPS domestically and a combination of USPS and third party carriers internationally.
Where can it ship?
Anywhere. Free shipping on all subscription orders to any state, county and city within North America. International shipments will incur shipping costs.
Am I locked in?
Never. If you select to receive a month-to-month subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time up until our ship date. If you run into any unexpected expenditures but still want to receive our boxes, you can skip any number of months you wish and pick back up when your able. Canceling and skipping can be done on your account page. Visit our website and after signing in you can make those changes in your account settings.
What is and why would I choose a prepaid subscription?
A prepaid subscription allows you to purchase 3, 6 or 12 months of our boxes in advance. If you choose to do so, the increment you chose is billed up front at a heavily discounted rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations on month-to-month subscriptions are allowed up until our ship date.
What is the refund policy?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your box, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I update my credit card info?
Login to your account on our website and in the account settings page there is a section on billing where you can change or revise your credit card information.
What if I only want a single box?
No problem. At checkout select a month-to-month subscription and then cancel your subscription after your first month or at any time.
